Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a technology that allows users to dial a standard cellular number and interact through a voice system. Usually call centres use IVR technology but this system can be used for many other applications as well, e.g. selling of content, previewing content, information services and many more.
Integrat shares revenue with its Clients using this service and two types of IVR products exists.
VAS Rated IVR In this case the user pays the standard package rate per minute, and we share revenue with our clients based on the generated income. VAS rated IVR services can also be routed as a Dicon via a Telco interconnect. In some cases this is allowed for Premium IVR as well.
Premium IVR The user pays a fixed fee per minute, no matter what contract package or prepay option they use. Tariffs of up to R30 per minute (country dependant) can be billed for these services. Premium IVR services are generally only allowed with the operator on-deck platform.
Very attractive Revenue Share Options exists, and allows you to generate sustainable annuity income. Integrat has its own off-deck IVR platform if you need an outsourced information solution.
IVR can be combined with VOIP and allow you to deliver call centre and international call through services. We can also link IVR numbers to FAX to email solutions and allow you to generate revenue on these solutions.
