Consumer Call Centre

In many countries it is compulsory to have local access for end-user consumers to support services. Integrat offers a consumer call centre which is ideally suited to manage international or local customers' needs. We operate a fully equipped call centre in eleven languages with state of the art call centre ticketing, recording, call management, VOIP routing, tracking and transaction log access and call reporting capabilities.

A unique access number is allocated per customer for your own brand building. The call centre staff provide basic device support e.g. instructions on WAP enablement and device compatibility. The more prominent function though is to facilitate unsubscribe requests, comparing this with refund indicators and processing refunds when warranted. Two models of either a fixed seat license or variable call charge is available.
