Working at IntegratAccount Manager Background Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team in order to provide best-of-breed solutions for our customers in the rapidly growing mobile telecommunications value added services industry. At Integrat you will enjoy the challenges of enabling B2B customers to benefit from our technology to roll out their mobile services, and or applications. About our company Integrat is a wireless application service provider aggregator or WASP aggregator. We provide mobile integration to WASPS and other corporate customers, and enable them to connect to the operators (MTN, Vodacom and CellC) and select African countries and provide services through the operator systems (API's). Integrat gives customers the opportunity to offer their client’s mobile services, which Integrat helps integrate and develop. Services are currently being rendered to WASPS on Vodacom, MTN, Cell-C and select African countries. Your activities 1. Account management of customers and advise on trends and enhancements; 2. Provide sales function for new client meetings as requested by management; 3. Manage all systems related to customer information and databases; 4. Provide hands-on account management function to own delegated client base; - Be the single point of entry for the client; - Update and upkeep of customer specific settings and configurations on systems; - Advise the client on new market developments and mine the client for new business; - Train the client on all Integrat products and services; - Advise the client on internal operational processes; - Advise the client on OPS processes assisted by the OPS manager; - Advise client on market compliance requirements assisted by compliance officer; - Advise client on technical solutions assisted by technical manager; - Advise the client on customer care solutions assisted by customer care manager; - Advise the client on all financial aspects assisted by finance manager; - Facilitate any OPS change requests or new setups through the OPS administrator; - Test & sign off on new customer services; - Manage monthly account invoicing both ad-hoc and system generated; - Administer web tools on behalf of clients where requested; - Manage client expectations; General - Constantly develop both soft and hard skills with future context assumptions in mind; - Provide constant progress feedback to Senior Account Manager on activities in preparation for weekly management meetings About you Crucial Skills: · A full understanding and working knowledge of operational processes; · A full understanding and working knowledge of the account management function; · Client liaison skills; · Highly computer literate; · Analytical skills and attention to detail; · Planning & coordination skills essential. Knowledge (beneficial) · Working knowledge of the GSM environment; · Knowledge of Mobile Value Added Services; · Understanding of the Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) and Aggregators (WASPA) function; · Understanding of VAS OPS processes; · Knowledge of industry associations, rules, regulations & codes of conducts; · Market research skills; · Process management; · Project management. Experience · 24-36 months working experience in the Mobile Telecommunications, Telecommunications or IT sectors plus account management experience.
